About the National Clinical Audit of Anxiety and Depression

This five-minute video summarises the past three years of the National Clinical Audit of Anxiety and Depression. The video gives an overview of why the audit was developed, how it was carried out, and what they found out.

The Royal College of Psychiatrists interviewed people involved in the audit to find out what they did, what was achieved and what problems the Trusts still face.

Digital animation

This film is an example of a digital animation. Each of the characters has been hand-drawn on a tablet, then animated using Adobe After Effects.

Using this style, we can work faster and the end result is clean, clear and distraction-free. It is also easy to make changes without having to re-film.

The animation was produced by the NCAAD team at RCPsych.

Testimonial

“We needed a way of making our audit more accessible, shareable and approachable. An explained animation was the perfect way to be able to fit three years worth of information into five minutes!

It has been great working with you – thanks so much for making sure everything ran smoothly. It does look great.”
